In 2017 we engaged three of RiverRouge’s Interims to lead our Quality initiative and push through significant changes across our process spectrum. The consultants immediately seamlessly connected with the organisation and established themselves as respected colleagues as opposed to “external consultants”. They balanced the use of simple practical tools in aspects of quality and stayed away from theoretical models that may not work in practice. They spent significant time from the start to train up our employees and avoid the ”traditional” over dependency on the consultants. RiverRouge is still an important partner for us today and continues to provide excellent service for our operation.
