The Mercedes Formula 1 Engine Manufacturing site was experiencing quality problems with their engine parts as we were asked to support with the implementation of a robust Problem Solving Methodology bridging the gap between Engineering and manufacturing Processes.

- Coaching of Line Team Leaders in the Kamishibai Methodology
During the process of this project some key chronical manufacturing problems were able to be solved and stabilized. A structured and team orientated approach to problem solving had been embedded in the manufacturing leadership structure.
